Once we’ve identified the problem, we provide a flat-rate bid for the necessary repairs. The bid includes everything: parts, labor and taxes.

The decision is in your hands. Approve the repair and we waive the diagnostic fee. If you decide not to proceed, you pay $125 and receive an invoice with our findings and recommendations.

Yes, Tri-City Air offers after-hours and emergency service, including weekends and holidays. Call or text Chris to confirm availability. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
Should I repair or replace my system?
It depends on age, condition, repair history and efficiency. Chris can assess your equipment and explain the repair and replacement options so you can make an informed choice.
How much does a service visit cost?
The diagnostic visit is $125. You receive a flat-rate repair bid with parts, labor and taxes included. The diagnostic fee is waived if you approve the repair, or credited if you proceed within 30 days.
Can you estimate the cost before a visit?
Describe the issue by call or text and Chris may be able to give you an idea of cost. A final diagnosis requires inspecting the equipment; additional issues can affect the scope.
What warranty comes with a repair?
The existing website describes two-year coverage on supplied parts and 90 days on labor. Coverage and exclusions should be confirmed with Chris for your specific repair.
Do you offer financing?
Tri-City Air can assist with financing for larger projects. Ask Chris about available options and the financing questionnaire. Terms and eligibility must be confirmed before applying.
Do you work on commercial equipment?
Yes. Tri-City Air services residential and commercial HVAC equipment, including central air, rooftop units, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits.
